TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF
E2T PROPRIETARY SOLUTIONS LTD
These T&C govern rightsand responsibilities in connection with the use of services provided by E2TProprietary Solutions Ltd. for funded accounts trading (the “Services”),offered primarily through the www.e2tproprietarysolutions.com website (the “Website”).Customers should not use the Services if they do not understand or agree to anyportion of these T&C.
Definitions and Interpretation
In these T&Cs, the following words shall have the following meanings:
“Agreement” means our agreement with you to provide the Services to You and shall include these T&Cs and any other important information shared with you on our Website;
“Company” shall mean E2T Proprietary Solutions Ltd;
“Content” means any text, graphics, images, audio, video, or other forms of information that appears on or forms part of the Website, and is capable of being stored on a computer;
“Services” refers to the trading package(s) offered to you on our Website;
“Members” means users of the Website who have an Account with the Website and have purchased the Services from the Website;
“Persons” means includes natural persons, partnerships, limited liability partnerships, bodies corporate and unincorporated associations of persons.
" Services" means the services provided by the Website to its Members under these T&Cs.
“We” and “Us” means the Company who are also owners of the Website’.
“Website” means https://www.e2tprop.com/about the website that you are currently using and any subdomains of this site (unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions).
“You” and “Your” shall mean the person who proposes to use or is using this Website and has an Account with us.
Headings, titles, sub-headings are purely for ease of reference and do not form part of or affect the interpretation of these T&Cs.
Include& Including shall be deemed to mean respectively “include(s) without limitation” and “including without limitation”.
1. Introduction to Services
- 1.1. These T&C governCustomer (“Customer”) rights and obligations regarding the Services provided byE2T Proprietary Solutions Ltd, registered at House of Francis, Room 303, Ile DuPort, Mahé, Seychelles(“Company”).
1.2. By registering on theWebsite or using the Services, Customers are implicitly accepting theseT&C.
1.3. The Services areintended only for individuals aged 18 or older. By registering, the Customerconfirms they meet the age requirement and reside in a country where theServices are available.
1.4. The Services availableare neither investments services as defined in Part 1 of Schedule 2 to theFinancial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities Order) 2001 andnor do they constitute gambling as defined by Section 9 of the Gambling Act2000.
1.5. The Services provide access to simulatedtrading accounts with capital allocations of £10,000, £50,000, or £100,000through the purchase of the relevant package. The trading funds provided aresimulated and not real. Customers acknowledge that profits and lossesare virtual, and payouts are governed by the profit-sharing rules outlinedherein.
2. Services
2.1. Simulated CapitalAllocation: Customers may choose one of the following plans:
- £10,000 Allocation: Capital doubles every 30 days uponachieving a 10% profit margin, up to £100,000.
- £50,000 and £100,000 Allocations: Capital increases by£100,000 increments every three consecutive 30-day periods upon achieving a 5%profit margin, up to £1 million or more.
2.2. Profit Sharing andPayouts:
- Profit payouts are capped at 5% of allocated capital forthe first 30-day trading period, increasing to 10% in the second period and 15%in the third and subsequent periods.
- Successfultraders who achieve the 10% profit target in their first period are refundedtheir setup fee as part of their payout.
2.3. Setup Fees:
- £200for the £10,000 allocation
- £500for the £50,000 allocation.
- £1,000 for the £100,000allocation.
2.4. Resets:
- Accounts can be reset for a fee equal to the setup fee,with unlimited resets available.
2.5. Minimum TradingActivity:
- A minimum of 30 trades per 30-day period is required forpayouts and eligibility for capital growth.
2.6.Risk Management Software: Services include access to tools that enforce risk and drawdown limits, ensuring compliance with trading rules
3. Payments
- 3.1. Payments for Servicesmust be made via the payment methods listed on the Website.
3.2. Fees are non-refundable,except as required by applicable law or as outlined under refund policiesrelated to successful profit targets.
3.3. Customers areresponsible for all associated transaction fees.
4. Customer Account
- 4.1. Customers will receive login credentials for their trading accounts upon registration and payment.
4.2. Only one Customer Account is permitted per individual. Customers may operate multiple funded trading accounts under their main account, subject to allocation rules.
4.3. Account credentials must remain confidential. Customers are responsible for all activity conducted through their accounts.

Refunds will not be issued for unused Services.
5. Trading Rules
5.1. Risk and DrawdownLimits:
- £10,000 Allocation: Capital doubles every 30 days uponachieving a 10% profit margin, up to £100,000.
- £50,000 and £100,000 Allocations: Capital increases by£100,000 increments every three consecutive 30-day periods upon achieving a 5%profit margin, up to £1 million or more.

2.5. Minimum TradingActivity:
- A minimum of 30 trades per 30-day period is required forpayouts and eligibility for capital growth.
2.6.Risk Management Software: Services include access to tools that enforce risk and drawdown limits, ensuring compliance with trading rules
6. Reset Policy
- 6.1. Customers may reset their accounts for a fee equal to their initial setup fee.
6.2. Resets allow Customers to restart their trading journey with no limit on the number of resets.
7. Payouts
7.1. Payouts are issued within seven business days of completing a trading period, subject to compliance with trading rules.
7.2. Payout caps:
- 5%of allocated capital for the first 30-day period
- 10%for the second period.
- 15%for the third and subsequent periods.
7.3. Payouts for the first30-day period include a refund of the setup fee for traders achieving their 10%profit target.
8. Maximum Profit Per Trading Day
- The total profit all traders in a single trading day is capped at 2% of the allocated capital
- If the cumulative profit for the day reaches this limit, the account will be locked for the rest of the trading day .
- The restrictions promotes consistency and prevents excessive risk-taking.
7.3. Payouts for the first30-day period include a refund of the setup fee for traders achieving their 10%profit target.
9. Restricted Countries
8.1.The Company restricts access to services from certain jurisdictions, including but not limited to
- United States of America, Afghanistan, North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Syria, and others listed on the Website.
10. Use of the Website
- 9.1. The Website may include third-party links and content for informational purposes. The Company is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of external content.
9.2. The Company reserves the right to modify the Website, its content, and Services without notice.
9.3 Availability of the Website. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure the Website is always accessible, we cannot be held liable if, for any reason, it is unavailable. The Service is provided “as is” and on an “as available” basis. We give no warranty that the Service will be free of defects and/or faults.
9.4 We accept no liability for any disruption or non-availability of the Website resulting from external causes including, but not limited to, ISP equipment failure, host equipment failure, communications network failure, power failure, natural events, acts of war or legal restrictions and censorship.
9.5 We may have to suspend access to the Website for routine or emergency updates and maintenance, but we’ll try to keep any disruption to a minimum.
11. Disclaimer
- 10.1. Services are provided “as is,” with no guarantees of specific outcomes.
10.2. The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Services.
10.3. The Company may modify or discontinue Services at its discretion.
12. Communication
- 11.1. All communication will be conducted via the registered email address.

13. Right to Withdraw from Contract
- 12.1. Customers may withdraw from their contract by notifying: support@e2tproprietarysolutions.com.
12.2. Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered or fees already paid.
14. Amendments to T&C
- 13.1. The Company reserves the right to amend these T&C, with changes applying to new orders and existing Customers.
13.2. Notifications of changes will be made via the Website.
15. Confidentiality
- 14.1.The Company will protect Customer data and ensure it is not shared without consent, except as required by law.
16. Governing Law
- 15.1. These T&C are governed by the laws of the Seychelles without regard to conflict of law principles.
